IMPORTANT: This is a three month commitment for all participants in this Beta group for the first E-School Monthly Immersion Courses with Kathleen M Whalen. You are charged $97 per month for 3 months.

What to expect during the 2 classes per month...

  • Class 1 will be 90 minutes long and will include:
  • A guided meditation, intention, and qi gong to begin the class
  • Teaching the concept / subject for the day followed by a Q&A section
  • Connect with other participants and take the experience deeper with small group
  • Get support on how you will use the vitality habits
  • Get feedback all month long. Ask questions as you practice at home.
  • Practice the new learning and habit for two weeks and ground the information and skill into your daily life.
  • During Class 2 we will:
  • Have a 5 minute review of the concept of the month and a live Q&A section.
  • The group practices together and then goes into Loveseat. (Chakra clearing, qi gong, mantra)
  • The LOVESEAT/HOTSEAT. Students get to share their experience and ask Kathleen questions live and receive support. Gain new perspectives on the learning as Kathleen explains nuances to the month's learning.
