We learned a Ganesha mantra:

Ong Gang Ganapatyei Namaha!

And about the seed sound of this mantra - GANG
to help clear any obstacles in our life, mind, business, body - real or unrealized and open the doors to new possibilities.

Gang is pronounced G AH NG
('AH' sounds like the A in "allow".)

Here is a primer on the 5 basic Sanskrit Sounds.

Poem of our group intentions:

Time management, be courageous, be present, financial abundance, one moment at a time, I release negative thoughts, hope, be playful and joyful.

We are in the Dark Moon phase. This is a time of Letting Go to make room for what we want to bring into our lives.

This week's Mantra is:

Om Namah Shivaya

Please share an intention of what you are Letting Go - to make room for in your life.

May 17

This week's Mantra is:

Om Mani Pey Mey Hung

This is a Buddhist Mantra for Inner Peace and World Peace. It's also called the Mani Mantra.
Chant this from your heart (not AT the heart) but from the place of willingness and sharing peace.

Chant it with joy and a sense of openness to be free from turmoil or emotions or drama.  When you chant with concentration from the mind (not a wandering mind) it will help with receiving clear next steps.

If we have time, please share an intention of what you are Opening To in your heart.

Om Namah Shivaya - Let It Be

Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya Om, Om, Om
Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya Let It Be

The first Solar Eclipse of the Year is this week. With Mercury retrograde caught up with the eclipses and waning light into New Moon on June 10, it is time to let go of judgment and let go of old ways of doing things.

Let small celebrations for tiny steps towards your goals be the focus of the week. Keep the bar low and create sparkles in your brain for the smallest of accomplishments.

The solar eclipse can intensify feelings of imbalance, electrolyte imbalance, drama and physical tension.  Try: Easy stretching often, get plenty of potassium and water and step outside as often as you can to release and welcome the miracles that are already happening!

Gayatri Mantra to bring in the light during darkness

The power of sound (like Sanskrit seed sounds) shifts the mind and alters how our cells and organs function.
