Mega Red Days
Mega Red days have more far reaching effects than the regular monthly red day, so it is important to be mindful (even Conscious!) of what you do on these days.
You can have a huge positive impact on your health, wealth and mind or set yourself up for tragedy, depending on how you choose on these days. Mega Red Days occur four to six times every year.
On Mega Red Days:
DO THESE –
- Meditate, and get as much quiet time as you can
- Get plenty of rest both before and after Mega Red Days
- Eat healthy, vital food sparingly
AVOID THESE –
- Signing contracts of any kind
- Having large decision-making meetings
- Making launches of any kind, including grand openings, major events or parties
- Making offers on real estate (land, house, commercial)
- Major surgeries, unless it is an emergency
- Hosting social events
- Staying up late or partying in public places
- Getting angry
- Eating sugar or overeating
- Not working out or doing your daily routine
Just remember in general, Red Days are No Days
