It’s the true New Year now! As we transition from Solstice this gives us the feeling of a fresh new start in January. Once we are past this New Moon, we will feel the building and expanding energy of the year.

It’s a complicated week. Do not take any setbacks personally that arise this week. If things seem slow or bogged down, that is just the energy of the week. And just like walking through a bog, you want to have good boots to protect from the rain and have eaten well to give yourself the stamina to pull your feet out of the mud. It’s a week to believe in what you are doing and to not take setbacks personally. Stay on track this week and please DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF. Move forward gently and steadily.
We begin the week with Yellow Days, then the lowest energy of the month is the Red Day mid-week (the day before the new moon wherever you live), and then Purple Days which are great for staying your course or discovering a new way to do something because of an obstacle or work-around.
