Hello, it’s wonderful to meet you and thank you for booking your Vedic Consultation Session.

Welcome to your Conscious Coaching experience whether this is your first session, or you’ve had multiple sessions by now. You are now being supported with the power and light of Vedic Astrology.

Your chart will reveal everything with your accurate birth information.

To ensure you get a great consultation, you have two steps to complete.

First, send me an email with your info, and second, request an appointment time for your session. Instructions for both steps are below.

Step 1. Send me your info so I can prepare your chart.

Please send me an email at [email protected] with the following information. It is ESSENTIAL to my preparing for your session:

  1. Your Full Name.
  2. Your entire birth date (day, month, year)
  3. TIME OF YOUR BIRTH
  4. PLACE YOU WERE BORN (CITY, STATE, COUNTRY)
  5. The top 3 things you would like to cover in your session.

If this session is for a couple, be sure to include both partners birth information.

If this session is for a business, include the key partner’s birth information as well as the business’s “birthday” (day the company was incorporated or created)

For all sessions: for individuals, couples or businesses be sure to include the top 3-5 things you would like to cover in your session.

Step 2. Request Your Session Appointment Time

To request your session time:

  1. Go to this page: BOOK MY SESSION TIME
  2. Choose your session time length (15 min, 30 min or 60 minute)
  3. Available dates are shown in blue. Click on any of the BLUE dates.
  4. NOTE: Choose your time zone, from the drop down menu, found below the calendar, to ensure accurate timing
  5. Choose the time you want to have your session / consultation.
  6. Click Confirm

IMPORTANT: Once you click Confirm, you will be sent a confirmation email with your Zoom session link immediately from [email protected]

Keep this email. It contains your link to your session. Also, if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your session, come back to the confirmation email as there are links to cancel and to reschedule within it.

If you do not see your session confirmation email in your inbox, be sure to check your junk mail, spam, or promotional email folders in case the email has gone to one of those folders. Contact Support if you do not receive your confirmation. 

You will also be sent an email reminders 7 days and 24 hours before your session. Again, this notification will come from [email protected]. If you included a phone number when signing up for your session, you will also get a text reminder 1 hour before your session.
