The biggest things to know this month are the Total Lunar Eclipse and Jupiter going direct in the third week of November 2022.
There are two Red Days in Nov 2022 in the Conscious Calendars system. One is a Mega Red Day or a Total Lunar Eclipse (on election day in the USA), and the other is the regular, monthly Red Day on November 23. Mega Red Day is the term that I created to describe eclipse days when I created Conscious Calendars.
Last Total Lunar Eclipse for next two years
This is the last total lunar eclipse for the next two years. It also is election day in the United States which means there will be wild card energy on the day! Things could go the opposite direction as expected for midterm elections, so keep an eye on key states. I’ve had this marked on the calendar for premium members for the last year, so they could plan to vote early and to keep steady around the possibly mayhem.
Energetically, this is a mild Eclipse because all the good-giving planets are surrounding and helping consciousness on this day. Reason and kindness have a chance today, even though it is a full moon in fiery Aries in Vedic Astrology.
The Moon is in Bharani during the eclipse which is cleansing and detoxifying lunar mansion.
What you eat, drink and think on eclipse days have exponential effects. You can use this to help create deeper calm in your life and help spread ripples of Peace into the world.
One of the ways I cultivate peace is to fast and eat very simple food like kitchari. Kitchari is a balancing food which gives you easy to digest nutrients and creates an even tempered mental and physical state.
Time of Total Lunar Eclipse
The eclipse peaks at 11:00 UTC and GMT (London), 6:00 am EST, 3:00 am PST, and 10:00 pm AEDT

NASA Visability World Map of the Total Lunar Eclipse
Here is a time-lapsed video of where in the world the eclipse is visible from NASA. This is where the lunar eclipse will shadow the Earth. What we do during the eclipse deepens – so you get to choose – you can develop calm and centeredness when meditating or saying prayer or mantra during eclipse times. https://svs.gsfc.nasa.gov/5034
As you can see in the map below, the total lunar eclipse is visible in parts of Canada, the central and east U.S., the Americas, Africa, and Asia to Australia. The area of visibility is the white region at either side of the map.
